DLH SPORTS COMPLEX (continued)

The DLH Sports Complex will be the home to several sports leagues, teams, individuals (Amateur, Olympic and Professional), tournaments, sports camps, sports companies (trade shows) and our own club teams. Additionally, other support services will include a sports medicine center, a physical therapy facility, a wellness center, an alternative medicine program, a weight loss and nutrition center, a day care center, a day spa, a restaurant and food concession and a conference/meeting center. We will also host year round special entertainment events (concerts, autograph sessions, photo sessions and talent shows). Geographically, the DLH Sports Complex will be located on 15 acres in Virginia Beach. For purposes of proximity, the complex will be minutes away from the oceanfront at Virginia Beach as well as the Norfolk International Airport.

In terms of population, more than 5 million people live with in 2 hours of the complex. Millions of people visit Virginia Beach during the tourist season.

The construction and design of the DLH Sports Complex will be in total compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Henceforth, specialized programs and services will be provided for the disabled, handicapped and mentally challenged community."

Our construction plan will include a football practice area. Several football professionals have already committed to endorse and sponsor camps and other football related programs. The DLH Sports Complex has been presented to representatives from Major League Baseball (MLB). Running, walking and exercise tracks will be located throughout the facility. There will be two regulation basketball courts designed for NBA, NCAA, AAU or Interscholastic play.

One of the main goals of the DLH Sports Complex is to establish a facility that will help build character, discipline and enhance the athletic abilities of our youth. Notable basketball events such as "Hoop It Up" and "AAU National Basketbalf' can be held in this complex. The complex will include indoor/outdoor tennis courts, sports fields. for soccer, football, field hockey and cross country track meets. Regulation size track will be placed around the primary sports field along with a junior Olympic size swimming pool.

Lastly, the DLH Sports Complex facility will feature a "state of the art' conference center equipped with conference rooms, banquet halls, audio/video rooms and classrooms.
